đŻ About the role
Our Tech team is growing, and weâre looking for an Executive Assistant to our CTO: a strategic partner who will help shape, organize, and accelerate our most impactful initiatives. Youâll be the link between our CTO and other teams (Product, Tech, Revenue), ensuring alignment, clarity and flawless execution on high-impact initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. Youâll manage priorities, structure processes, track key projects, and ensure that ideas move efficiently from concept to delivery. From coordinating cross-team efforts to preparing reports and supporting strategic decisions, your impact will be felt across the entire organization.
Your impact/responsabilities
As an EA to the CTO at WeWard, you will provide critical daily, organizational, and strategic support, enabling the Chief Technology Officer to focus on high-level technological and operational leadership at Weward.
You will act as the organizational backbone of the Technology leadership, ensuring execution excellence across all strategic initiatives.
Calendar Management: proactively manage and optimize the CTOâs complex schedule, including internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Cross-Team Coordination: facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Technology and Product teams, ensuring alignment on key initiatives. Currently 4 teams but it is growing fast.
Project Follow-up: track progress on strategic projects, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of action items.
Internal Communication: draft and disseminate internal communications on behalf of the CTO, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Preparation of Technical Documents: assist in the preparation, review, and organization of technical presentations, reports, and other critical documentation.
Reporting: compile data and generate reports for the CTO, providing insights into operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Research & Analysis: conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
Local Subsidies Management: help to leverage local French Research subsidies, like CIR or CII.

Preferred experience

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting a C-level executive in a technology-driven environment.
Education Background: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Interest in Tech/Startups: genuine interest in the technology industry and the fast-paced environment of a startup.
High Autonomy: ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Confidentiality: proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Technical Understanding: strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology (without requiring coding proficiency).
Mastery of Productivity and Project Management Tools: proficient in tools such as Notion, Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.
