🎯 About the role

We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team in Paris. You will play a key role in shaping WeWard’s next chapter by driving product initiatives that enhance user engagement, optimize retention, and improve overall product velocity.

You will report to David, our Product Director and collaborate closely with Design, Data, and Tech teams to deliver a richer, more cohesive experience for our global user base.

Your impact/responsabilities

As a Senior Product Manager at WeWard, you will:

• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring measurable business and user impact

• Define, prioritize, and refine the product roadmap in collaboration with design, tech, and data teams

• Structure and analyze product performance through KPIs such as retention, engagement, and conversion

• Identify user needs and business opportunities through research and analytics

• Specify clear and actionable requirements for features, working hand-in-hand with designers and engineers

• Manage a cross-functional squad part-time, ensuring efficient delivery and sprint execution

• Pilot A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate with a test-and-learn mindset

• Maintain high product quality and clear acceptance criteria throughout the development cycle

• Present learnings, results, and recommendations to the product leadership team

• Contribute to product rituals and help strengthen WeWard’s product methodology

Preferred experience

🧠 What we’re looking for

You’re the perfect match if you have…

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in mobile B2C apps (growth, social, freemium, or gamified environments)

• A strong product culture with proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery and measurable impact

• A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics and justifying decisions through insights

• Experience with **A/B testing, analytics, and experimentation frameworks

• A solid understanding of UX and user research, working closely with design and data teams

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

• A passion for fast-paced environments and continuous improvement

• Familiarity with Amplitude, Linear, Notion, Figma, and similar tools

• Fluency in English and comfort in international team settings

Bonus points:

• Experience in HealthTech, wellness, social, or mobile gaming apps

• Track record of improving retention, ARPU, or engagement metrics

Recruitment process

1. A 30-min intro call with Kaënaath, our Talent Acquisition Specialist — to discuss your background, expectations, and introduce you to WeWard

2. 30-min call with David, our Product Director and your future manager. Here you’ll go in detail about the role’s missions.

3. At-home case study followed by a 1 hour debrief with David, Vincent (PM), Mélody (Lead UX/UI) or Adrien (Art Director), including time for mutual feedback.

4. Office tour to meet other team members.
